Work Mode: Remote

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Responsibilities

Market IT consultants on bench to US clients and vendors.

Work on C2C, W2, and contract requirements.

Build and maintain vendor/client relationships.

Submit consultants to suitable requirements and follow up.

Coordinate interviews and placement activities.

Maintain consultant and submission records.

Meet daily and weekly submission targets.

Requirements

0–3 years of US IT Staffing / Bench Sales experience.

Knowledge of H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, and EAD.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.
