US Healthcare / Life Sciences Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare / Life Sciences Recruiter with hands-on recruiting experience across Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Healthcare.

Key Requirements

- Experience recruiting for QA/QC, Laboratory, Manufacturing, R&D;, Clinical, and Scientific roles.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare / Life Sciences talent market.
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other ATS/sourcing platforms.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Solid candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
- 3+ years of US recruiting experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
