Job Title - US HR Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven US HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Noida . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Onboarding, Credentialing, compliance, background verification, I-9 & E-Verify.

The role will also involve supporting the recruiting team by sourcing and screening potential candidates for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US onboarding and HR documentation.
- Handle Form I-9 and E-Verify processes in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Initiate, track, and coordinate US background verification/BGV processes .
- Follow up with candidates, recruiters, vendors,



and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR systems/ATS .
- Support recruitment teams with US client staffing requirements and candidate processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 years of experience in US HR Operations
- Hands-on experience with I-9 and E-Verify
- Experience managing US background checks and drug screening.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
