? ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a US Compliance Manager (HR) to own client related compliance across our US staffing and workforce operations. You will make sure that worker onboarding, documentation, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes meet US regulatory and client requirements, and that we are always audit-ready. The role works closely with US recruiters, account managers, payroll, and client teams.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead HR compliance for our US contingent and permanent workforce, covering onboarding, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and worker classification.

✅ Validate documentation before start dates so every worker is compliant from day one.

✅ Manage compliance requirements across client VMS/MSP platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit), including onboarding, timesheet approvals, and rate and assignment updates.

✅ Maintain accurate records in Workday, Ceipal Workforce, Bullhorn, and Fingercheck.

✅ Monitor compliance with US federal and state regulations such as FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ACA, and wage and hour laws.

✅ Coordinate benefits and retirement plan compliance, including Future Plan.

✅ Conduct internal audits, identify gaps,



and drive corrective actions.

✅ Support client, third-party, and regulatory audits with timely, complete documentation.

✅ Track expiring documents such as work authorizations, licenses, and certifications.

✅ Create and update SOPs and checklists, and train recruiters and junior team members on compliance requirements.

✅ Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.

? REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

? 8+ years of experience in US HR compliance, with a strong background in the staffing industry.

? Hands-on knowledge of Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, Workday, Ceipal, Bullhorn.

? Strong understanding of US employment laws, worker classification, and staffing compliance.

? Experience with audits, documentation control, and risk management.

? Excellent English communication for working with US stakeholders.

? Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

? Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

? Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
