About the Role :

ClickSoft Solutions is hiring motivated and detail-oriented Freshers for the position of U.S. Accounts Executive .

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with an educational background in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance who are interested in building a career in U.S. Accounting and Finance Operations .

Training will be provided on U.S. accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, timesheet management, and related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle day-to-day U.S. accounting and financial operations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work on QuickBooks to record and maintain accounting transactions.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Process and maintain invoices, bills, payments, and financial transactions.
- Review and maintain employee timesheets for payroll and billing purposes.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting activities.
- Perform basic bank and account reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and update financial reports, MIS reports, and accounting trackers using Microsoft Excel .
- Maintain accurate financial documents and accounting records.
- Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and other accounting requirements.
- Support month-end accounting and reporting activities.




- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting information.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance .
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable .
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn U.S. accounting processes.
- Comfortable working in the U.S. night shift .

Educational Qualification : Candidates from the following backgrounds can apply:

- B.Com
- BBA – Finance
- MBA – Finance
- PGDM – Finance
- Other relevant Accounting/Finance qualifications
