Role & responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Monitor quality, quantity and progress of work.
- Check measurements and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate material requirements and site activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project records.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 26 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Road, highway or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution, measurements and drawings.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
