Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work as per drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain daily site records, measurements and reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material requirements.
- Ensure proper safety practices at the work site.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for site-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 14 years of experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
- Experience in road, highway or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of site execution, measurements and basic drawings.
- Willing to work at project sites and coordinate with contractors.
