Job Title - E-Commerce Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6-10 years of E-commerce/Marketplace experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Own Amazon India sales, JBP, Terms of Trade, negotiations and growth strategy.

Manage Seller/Vendor Central, catalogue, Buy Box, FBA, inventory and account health.

Drive Amazon Ads strategy, ACoS/ROAS, conversion and GMV growth.

Manage Amazon P&L;, pricing, trade spend and margins.

Handle Flipkart commercial activities and promotions.

Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams.

Qualification & Skills

4+ years of direct Amazon India commercial ownership.

Robust Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience.

Proven JBP and Terms of Trade negotiation experience.

Experience managing ₹30 Cr+ annual Amazon GMV.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, ACoS, ROAS, BSR and Buy Box.

P&L; and margin management experience.

At least 2 Quick Commerce platforms experience preferred.
