Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agent Coordinator & Channel Partner Executive responsible for managing agent relationships, onboarding new agents, coordinating payments, maintaining data records, and ensuring smooth communication between agents and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities,



and the capability to manage multiple agent-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with existing agents/channel partners through regular calls and communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new agents/channel partners to expand the network.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective agents and support the onboarding process.
- Coordinate documentation, registration, and activation of current agents.
- Handle agent queries and provide timely support and resolution.
- Coordinate payment-related activities, follow-ups, and status updates with agents.
- Maintain and update agent databases, records, and MIS reports.
- Track agent performance, activities, and engagement levels.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of agent-related processes.
- Maintain accurate records of agent interactions, payments, and onboarding status.
- Support business growth through effective agent relationship management.
