Job Role/Designation: Program Manager

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Job Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Work Model: Work From Office (WFO)

Notice Period:

- Immediate Joiners Preferred or candidates who can join us within 30 Days

Preferred Skills:

- GIS Mapping, POI (Points of Interest), Navigation

Mandatory Requirement:

- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Handling Multiple Projects within the GIS Mapping, POI Mapping & Navigation projects
- Solid experience on Mapping analytics.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals
- Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
- Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance
- Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
- Escalation Management
- Risk Management
- Stakeholder interaction
- SLA Management
- People and Process management




- Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system
- Support Sr. Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
- Quality metrics review, maintenance, and management
- Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions
- Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
- Project planning and delivery management
- Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues
- Periodic status review meeting
- Manage and monitor performance
- Adapt to change management
