Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the store team, including roster and attendance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely omnichannel order processing.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy and expiry controls.
- Ensure pharmacy compliance, documentation and banking processes.
- Drive marketing activities and local business development.
Eligibility:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- 57 years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
