We’re Hiring | Senior Auditor I / Senior Auditor II / Team Lead / Audit Manager /n Location: Kochi / Delhi NCR /n Employment Type: Full time /n Notice period - Immediate to 30 Days /n What You’ll Do /n /n

- Deliver and review UK audit files across multiple engagements.

/n

- Prepare audit planning and review work completed by junior team members.

/n

- Identify and address key audit risks, ensuring appropriate conclusions and evidence.

/n

- Own the accurate, timely and high-quality delivery of allocated audit files.

/n

- Monitor deadlines and budgets and escalate risks or overruns proactively.

/n

- Apply data analytics to strengthen audit procedures and improve efficiency.

/n

- Coach and mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.

/n

- Drive continuous improvement in audit quality, processes and delivery.

/n

- Work closely with UK engagement teams and escalate technical or quality matters promptly.

/n

- Maintain professional skepticism, confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.





/n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n

- CA / ACCA / M.Com or equivalent professional qualification.

/n

- 3+ years of experience delivering and reviewing UK audit files.

/n

- Strong knowledge of ISA methodology, IFRS and UK accounting standards, including FRS 101 and FRS 102.

/n

- Experience in a professional services, audit or outsourced audit environment.

/n

- Confident use of audit software and data analytics tools.

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and professional judgment skills.

/n

- Excellent written and spoken English.

/n

- Confidence working with UK-based engagement teams.

/n

- A strong focus on quality, deadlines, budget discipline and client service.

/n

- Experience mentoring, coaching or reviewing junior team members.
