Red & White Skill Education is looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Design Faculty with strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for teaching. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training, mentoring students, and helping them develop industry-ready design skills and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Teach design concepts through practical and project-based learning.
- Guide students in developing projects and qualified portfolios.
- Prepare and conduct assignments, practical tasks, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor students throughout their learning journey.
- Explain design tools, techniques, and industry practices effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Tools

Candidate Profile:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, Graphic Design, or Training.
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and industry-standard tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
- Candidates with a strong design portfolio will be preferred.
