About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This high-ownership role requires a professional who combines strong UI and UX expertise with product thinking, research, and business analysis skills. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating modern, intuitive, and engaging digital products that meet complex user needs and business objectives.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications, translating ideas into compelling user experiences, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have at least 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, or an outstanding portfolio demonstrating equivalent capabilities. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools is essential. A strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, usability, and accessibility is required.





Candidates should possess excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for color schemes, typography, layout, and visual consistency.

Experience designing complex platforms involving multiple user roles, dashboards, permissions, and workflows is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI technologies, SaaS, B2B, or enterprise platforms, and a background in EdTech will be advantageous. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer, your core responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end UI/UX design process for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You will participate actively in product discussions, ask insightful questions, and document key requirements clearly. Applying business analysis thinking, you will understand user roles, workflows, dependencies, and edge cases to craft comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conducting research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking will help identify best practices and emerging trends, fostering innovation within our products. You will proactively suggest improvements to workflows, usability, and user engagement, considering current and future AI capabilities such as automation, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.



Creating detailed design specifications and collaborating closely with developers throughout the implementation process will be vital.

Additionally, you will build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries, review developed features for UI/UX quality, and produce graphic assets like banners, flyers, and visual content for marketing and presentations.
