We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience in designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and modern design tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve user experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and products
- Translate complex requirements into simple and effective design solutions
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines

Mandatory Skills (Required)
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of UI design principles and UX best practices
- Experience in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping




- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with user research and usability testing methods
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of additional design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
