From discovery through build and delivery, we help businesses integrate AI into their existing products and systems.

As our AI products grow, we're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help make complex AI tools simple, intuitive, and a pleasure to use.

Role Overview

This is a part-time, remote role for a designer based in India. Working hours and workload will be flexible and based on project requirements, with some overlap with UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday) required for team syncs and collaboration. You'll work closely with our engineering and AI teams to design clean, user-friendly interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and AI-powered tools.

- Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, internal tools, and AI-driven products
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Translate complex AI and data-heavy workflows into simple, clear user experiences
- Build and maintain consistent design systems and UI component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and accurate implementation
- Gather feedback, run basic usability checks, and iterate on designs
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall product experience

Requirements

- 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design




- Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch)
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web or mobile applications
- Valuable understanding of user-centred design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating responsive designs for different screen sizes
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, or data-heavy interfaces
- Exposure to designing for AI or automation products
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Familiarity with prototyping and micro-interactions
