J3S Global is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our Hyderabad team. The candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary offshore technology team and will receive guidance, mentoring and professional development support from the IT Trainer & Technology Lead. The role involves working closely with developers, business stakeholders and other technology team members throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, user needs and project objectives.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs for websites, web applications and mobile applications.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Maintain reusable UI components, design libraries and design systems.
- Create consistent visual experiences across different screens and platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review developed interfaces and identify design inconsistencies or usability issues.
- Provide design specifications, assets and guidelines to development teams.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis and design research.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Participate in design reviews and product discussions.
- Maintain organised design files, documentation and project assets.




- Continuously explore current UI/UX trends, tools and design practices.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve user experience and product usability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles and user-centred design.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Colour theory
- Spacing
- Layout
- Visual hierarchy
- Consistency and usability
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong visual and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and work effectively with developers.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.

Preferred / Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility and basic usability standards.
- Experience conducting user research or usability testing.
- Knowledge of mobile app design guidelines for Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with product development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with developers, QA teams and product/business stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
