About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & AI-Assisted Front-End Developer who combines strong visual design skills, front-end development knowledge, and advanced use of modern AI tools.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a requirement from concept → AI-assisted ideation → Figma design → working WordPress page / front-end implementation.

You should be someone who actively uses AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of your design and development workflow, rather than relying only on traditional design and coding processes.

What You’ll Do

UI/UX Design

- Design modern, clean, conversion-focused websites and landing pages in Figma.
- Create complete website pages, sections, components, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create and maintain consistent design systems, typography, spacing, components, and visual styles.
- Take rough ideas, requirements, references, or existing websites and turn them into polished UI/UX designs.
- Improve existing designs based on UX, SEO, conversion, and business requirements.
- Work closely with Growth, SEO, Content, and Development teams.

AI-Powered Design & Development

AI is an important part of this role.

You will be expected to actively use modern AI tools to accelerate and improve your workflow.

- AI-assisted HTML/CSS/JavaScript generation

You should be comfortable using AI to:
- Generate and explore multiple design concepts quickly.
- Turn written requirements into initial UI concepts.
- Improve and iterate Figma designs.
- Generate HTML/CSS and front-end code.
- Convert designs into working components.
- Debug and improve front-end code.
- Research design patterns and identify better UX solutions.
- Speed up repetitive design and development tasks.
- Use AI as a productivity tool while still maintaining strong human design judgment.

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to write prompts. We are looking for someone who can use AI effectively to produce better work, faster.

WordPress Development

- Convert Figma designs into accurate, responsive WordPress pages.
- Build custom website sections based on approved Figma designs.
- Ensure the live website closely matches the approved design.
- Work with existing WordPress themes, builders, and components where applicable.
- Handle responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Troubleshoot UI, layout, responsiveness, and browser compatibility issues.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate development and troubleshooting.

Next.js / Front-End

- Create clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript implementations from Figma designs.
- Build responsive sections and UI components that can be integrated into Next.js websites.




- Work with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Understand component-based development and reusable UI patterns.
- Ensure accurate implementation of typography, spacing, layouts, interactions, and responsive behavior.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining code quality.

Required Skills

Design

- Excellent knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Robust visual design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, grids, layouts, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong responsive web design skills.
- Ability to create polished, up-to-date website designs from scratch.

Front-End

- Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience converting Figma designs into working websites.
- Hands-on WordPress experience.
- Understanding of responsive and cross-browser development.
- Ability to write or generate clean, maintainable front-end code.

AIStrong practical experience with AI tools for design and development. The candidate should be comfortable with tools such as:

- Claude / Claude Design
- Figma AI
- ChatGPT
- AI coding assistants
- AI prototyping and design tools
- Other emerging AI-powered design and development tools

The candidate should demonstrate that they can use AI to research, ideate, design, code, debug, iterate, and improve workflows. Preferred Skills
