Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

About the role: We are looking for a UI/UX designer who is equally strong in user experience thinking and creative visual design. At BeamX TechLabs, design is how we communicate, build products, and show up in the world. If you can move between Figma and Photoshop and between user flows and social media creatives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI screens for web and mobile
- Conduct user research and translate insights into functional design solutions
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Create creative designs for digital, print, and social media, including banners, emailers, and presentations
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and the marketing team
- Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with brand standards




- Refine designs based on feedback, testing, and data insights
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX and creative design
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual design skills including typography, colour, layout, and spacing
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and interaction design
- Robust portfolio showing both UI/UX and creative design work

Education: Degree in design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
