About The Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Design Intern who is enthusiastic about creating seamless and impactful digital experiences. The role involves working closely with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to support the design and development of features across web and mobile platforms. As part of the design team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire design lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing.

This internship provides a unique platform to gain hands-on experience in designing user-centric interfaces for a fast-paced fintech environment, helping to shape the digital experiences used by a large user base. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive in their approach, and passionate about crafting intuitive and engaging digital solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Architecture,



Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is essential, and experience working with design systems will be considered an advantage. A robust understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices is required.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A portfolio showcasing your design thinking, process, and execution—whether through academic projects or personal work—is essential to demonstrate your capabilities and approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Assist in designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
- Support the UX design process by conducting research, generating ideas, creating prototypes, and participating in usability testing to gather user feedback.
- Participate in user research activities, including interviews and surveys, and assist in analyzing findings to inform design decisions.
- Prepare detailed design documentation and presentations to communicate concepts and progress to internal stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs,



maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Contribute to visual design elements and micro-interactions that enhance overall user experience and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and systems to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
