About the Role

We are looking for a UAT & Product Tester to test products such as Zapify, ZapInvoice, and other in-house and client projects. You'll be the last line of defense before features reach our users — testing as a real user, digging into APIs and backend flows, and catching bugs, edge cases, and usability issues before release.

Responsibilities

- Test products as a real user using practical, real-world scenarios
- Perform UAT, functional, regression, and integration testing
- Test frontend, backend, APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Test APIs using Postman and validate data/API responses
- Find bugs, edge cases, broken flows, and usability issues
- Review UI/UX from a user's perspective and suggest practical improvements
- Create clear test cases and detailed bug reports
- Re-test fixes and perform final testing before release




- Work closely with developers and product teams

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant software testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with UAT and real-user testing
- Experience with API/backend testing
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and basic SQL
- Experience testing SaaS/web applications
- Positive understanding of UI/UX and usability
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
- Able to independently understand a feature and determine what needs to be tested
