Ethernet Test Engineer – Tuner & Ethernet Validation

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Manual Test Engineer – Tuner & Ethernet Validation to join our Automotive Infotainment team. The candidate will be responsible for validating Radio Tuner (AM/FM/DAB/HD Radio) and Automotive Ethernet features across infotainment platforms, ensuring reliable connectivity, diagnostics, audio streaming, and network performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTuner Validation

- Validate AM/FM/DAB/HD Radio functionalities and RF performance.
- Perform RF interference, signal quality, and tuner performance testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot tuner-related issues.

Ethernet & Connectivity Validation
- Validate Automotive Ethernet (100BASE-T1/1000BASE-T1) communication.
- Perform DoIP (ISO 13400) diagnostics testing between ECUs and diagnostic tools.
- Validate AVB/TSN audio/video streaming and synchronization.
- Verify protocol compliance for TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, SOME/IP, DoIP, and AVB.
- Conduct throughput, latency, bandwidth, stress, and stability testing.




- Capture and analyze network logs using Wireshark, CANoe, and CANalyzer.
- Investigate communication issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AM/FM/DAB/HD Radio technologies.
- Hands-on experience in Automotive Ethernet validation.
- Good understanding of AVB, TSN, DoIP, SOME/IP, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS.
- Experience with Wireshark, Vector CANoe/CANalyzer.
- Knowledge of Embedded Linux and Automotive Infotainment systems.
- Familiarity with CAN/LIN protocols.
- Robust debugging and analytical skills.
