Role Overview/n We are seeking highly motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding travel needs, and converting inquiries into bookings.

This is a telephonic sales role focused on helping customers choose the right holiday packages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

/n

- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

/n

- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages.

/n

- Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized travel solutions.

/n

- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, social media, referrals, and website inquiries.

/n

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

/n





- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

/n

- Coordinate with operations and suppliers for smooth booking execution.

/n

- Upsell travel services including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and activities. /n Candidate Profile/n /n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong persuasion and sales skills.

- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

- Ability to build rapport over phone conversations.

- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

- Positive computer and CRM skills.

/n

- Passion for travel and tourism. /n Preferred Experience/n /n
- 1-5 years of experience in tele-sales, travel sales, holiday sales, or customer relationship management.

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
