About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of travel operations, tour packages, customer handling, and itinerary planning.

Travel Executive – 2+ Years Experience | Dehradun

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Handle bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip operations.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer information.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel/tourism industry.




- Experience in handling domestic tour packages and customer bookings.
- Good knowledge of destinations, especially Uttarakhand and North India, will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Dehradun.
