Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Journey Advisors to join our Bengaluru team. The role involves understanding customer travel requirements, recommending suitable travel journeys, customising itineraries, handling enquiries and converting leads into bookings.

Both fresh MBA graduates and candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel journeys.
- Customise travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Explain pricing, inclusions, exclusions and travel documentation.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in CRM.
- Provide customer support before, during and after travel.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify repeat/referral opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer conversion targets.





Requirements
- MBA / Master's Degree is preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, travel, hospitality, or related fields.
- Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
