Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Travel

Consultant will design and refine personalized itineraries, recommend destinations and experiences, and manage end-to-end trip planning for individual travelers and small groups. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences and budget, coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and local transport, and handling bookings and changes in a timely manner. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing traveler questions or issues before and during trips,



and maintaining accurate records of reservations and itineraries.

The Travel

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to enhance travel offerings and share insights that improve the overall traveler experience on the GoTixi platform.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, hotels, local transport, and activities.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to support travelers, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation systems, and basic itinerary management software.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and current travel trends, especially for Indian travelers.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or similar travel services environment; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage.
