On-Call Duty Executive – RR Travels Company: Sri Raja Rajeshwari Travels (RR Travels) Position: On-Call Duty Executive Location: Nagadevanahalli, Bengaluru Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred Employment Type: Full-time Timings: 10AM to 6:30PM Job Overview RR Travels is looking for a responsible, alert, and good-communicating On-Call Duty Executive to handle customer calls, travel enquiries, trip coordination, and communication with drivers and internal teams. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple calls, responding to customer requirements, and coordinating transportation services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Call & Customer Handling Attend incoming customer calls and enquiries. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. Handle booking and transportation-related enquiries.

Respond to customer messages through WhatsApp and phone. Maintain a professional and polite communication style. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and bookings. Driver & Trip Coordination Coordinate with drivers regarding daily trips and assignments.

Share trip details, pickup locations, timings, and customer requirements with drivers. Monitor trip-related updates and communicate with customers when required. Coordinate with the operations team during delays, changes, or urgent requirements.

Maintain basic records of trips, calls, and customer enquiries.



Office & Operations Support Coordinate with HR, management, operations, and marketing teams. Escalate urgent customer or operational issues to the concerned person.

Maintain proper records of customer calls and enquiries. Support the team during peak business hours and urgent transportation requirements. Assist with basic administrative and data-entry activities when required.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call handling, travel operations, transportation, front office, or a similar role preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred.

Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil will be an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge. Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone communication. Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks. Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
