About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling tour packages, handling customer queries, preparing travel itineraries, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Prepare and sell customized tour packages and itineraries.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Handle follow-ups with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers.
- Maintain knowledge of hotels, destinations, sightseeing and travel services.
- Handle booking-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads,



follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Domestic & International Tour Packages.
- Knowledge of Hotel Bookings and Hotel Categories.
- Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo GDS will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.

Eligibility

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Travel Sales, Tour Packages, Hotel Booking or GDS will be preferred.
