Jaguar Security Services, Hyderabad, is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our energetic team. As the Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring the successful implementation of security projects for our esteemed clients in Hyderabad (AP/TS) India, mostly at Hyderabad. This position requires immediate availability and is open to candidates based out of Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and conduct monthly training sessions at different client sites across Hyderabad to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.

- Deliver comprehensive pre-deployment trainings to prepare security personnel for their specific assignments, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their roles effectively.

- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative training sessions that resonate with participants.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) and command-related operations to guide and lead security teams effectively.

- Exhibit a strong understanding of security operations, incident management, and report writing to contribute to the overall security effectiveness.

- Exhibit enthusiasm and skill as a trainer to inspire and empower security personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

- Oversee and manage security projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and adherence to client requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards,



and legal regulations in all training and project-related activities.

- Must have knowledge of Fire &
- Safety Training.

- Must have prior hand on experience in Physical Security Training, Health and Safety Training &

- First AID training.

- Must have prior experience in conducting Mock Drills

- Responsible for keeping Grooming Standard Check.

- Will be responsible for preparation of MIS &

- Managing Monthly Training Schedule

- Self starter -Able to do work independently and in a team.

Skills Required:

- Must be POSH Certified Trainer

- Must be a BFS certified Trainer

- Must be a participant in BLS Trainers Training

- Should have Good English &
- Hindi Communication Skills. Local language Telugu will be added advantage.

- Self-motivated and can handle work pressure.

- Must have Knowledge of Basic MS Office / Excel/ PowerPoint.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, project management, or security operations, preferably in the security services industry.

- Must have 5-9 years of experience in Physical Security Industry.

- A solid understanding of SOC and command-related operations, security operations, incident management, and report writing.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and security personnel.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Must have passion for training and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and development of security personnel.

- Candidate from Security Industry will be preferred.

- Min Graduate any/ Equivalent to recognized University.

- Immediate Joiners will be preferred (Can Join within 15 days)
