Role Purpose
Deliver structured, practical and learner-centred training for the Medical Records & Health Information Technician – Allied Health & Paramedics trade in line with the approved curriculum and applicable SSC/NSDC requirements, building job-ready competencies through instruction, demonstrations, practical exercises and assessment.
Trade-Specific Training Focus
· Medical records and health information management fundamentals
· Record creation, organisation, retrieval and documentation workflows
· Data accuracy, confidentiality, privacy and secure handling
· Basic health information systems/digital tools and data entry
· Quality checks and reporting
Key Responsibilities
· Teach through practical record-management exercises and simulated workflows.
· Train learners on accurate data entry, filing/retrieval, documentation and confidentiality.
· Build digital and administrative skills for entry-level health information roles.
· Conduct assessments and maintain learner records.
· Coordinate with the Project Manager on curriculum delivery and learner progress.
· Support guest lectures, exposure visits, industry interactions and employability activities.
· Follow centre SOPs, safety protocols and qualified conduct requirements.
· Participate in trainer orientation/Training of Trainers and review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
· Relevant qualification in Health Information Management, Medical Records, Hospital Administration, Allied Health or related field, aligned with final SSC/NSDC requirements.
· Relevant healthcare records, health information, hospital administration or vocational training experience preferred.
· Final trade-specific eligibility should be validated against the approved curriculum and relevant SSC/NSDC or recognised awarding-body requirements before appointment.

Performance Indicators

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
