Trainer – Store Assistant / Helper – Life Sciences

Role Purpose

Deliver structured, practical and learner-centred training for the Store Assistant / Helper – Life Sciences trade in line with the approved curriculum and applicable SSC/NSDC requirements, building job-ready competencies through instruction, demonstrations, practical exercises and assessment.

Trade-Specific Training Focus

· Stores/inventory operations in a life-sciences or laboratory environment

· Receipt, identification, storage, issue and basic stock control

· Inventory records, labelling, documentation and traceability

· Safe storage, housekeeping and handling practices

· Basic digital/MIS skills for inventory records

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver practical training on stores operations and documentation.

· Use simulated store exercises for receiving, recording, storing and issuing materials.

· Emphasise accuracy, traceability, housekeeping and safety.

· Conduct assessments and maintain training records.

· Coordinate training requirements with the Project Manager.

· Support guest lectures, exposure visits,



industry interactions and employability activities.

· Follow centre SOPs, safety protocols and qualified conduct requirements.

· Participate in trainer orientation/Training of Trainers and review meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

· Relevant diploma/degree/certification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Logistics/Stores, Supply Chain or related field, subject to final curriculum/SSC requirements.

· Relevant stores, inventory, healthcare/laboratory supply-chain or vocational training experience preferred.

· Final trade-specific eligibility should be validated against the approved curriculum and relevant SSC/NSDC or recognised awarding-body requirements before appointment.

Performance Indicators

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
