About the Role

Keteki Mobile Trading Private Limited is looking for an energetic and experienced Mobile Product Trainer to support OPPO smartphone sales teams and retail promoters across Guwahati.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of smartphones, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train retail promoters effectively on product features, sales techniques and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular training sessions for OPPO promoters and retail sales staff.
- Train promoters on new smartphone launches, product features, specifications and key selling points.
- Explain OPPO products in a simple and practical manner so promoters can confidently communicate with customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and role-play-based sales training.
- Train promoters on customer handling, objection handling and effective selling techniques.
- Conduct refresher training and knowledge assessments at retail outlets.
- Visit assigned mobile retail stores regularly and monitor promoter knowledge and performance.
- Identify training gaps and provide suitable coaching and feedback.




- Support new product launches and ensure promoters are updated with the latest product information, offers and sales communication.
- Monitor competitor products and share relevant market feedback with the sales team.
- Maintain daily/weekly training reports and outlet visit records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and retail partners to improve promoter productivity.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant mobile/retail experience may also be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile phone training, retail sales, promoter management or consumer electronics.
- Strong knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting training for groups as well as one-to-one coaching.
- Good command of English and Hindi; Assamese will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Guwahati and nearby retail outlets.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable working in a field-oriented role.
- Ability to use MS Excel/Google Sheets and prepare basic reports.
