Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bridge Trainer to provide practical training in Soft Skills, Spoken English, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Employability Skills.

The trainer should be able to create an interactive learning environment and help students improve their confidence, communication, professional behavior, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Soft Skills and Employability Skills training for students.
- Provide Spoken English training from basic to intermediate level.
- Improve students' English speaking, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Conduct regular English conversation and speaking practice sessions.
- Train students in Communication Skills and Confidence Building.
- Conduct Personality Development activities and practical exercises.
- Train students in Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, and Stage Confidence.
- Conduct Interview Skills and Mock Interview sessions.
- Train students in Group Discussion and Workplace Communication.
- Teach Professional Etiquette, Workplace Behavior, and Basic Corporate Communication.
- Develop students' Teamwork, Leadership, Problem-Solving, and Time Management Skills.
- Conduct role plays, group activities, discussions, presentations, and other practical learning activities.
- Encourage students to participate actively and communicate confidently.
- Assess students' communication, participation,



and overall soft-skill development.
- Maintain student attendance, training records, and assessment reports.
- Coordinate with the centre team regarding student progress and training requirements.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating learning environment.

Qualification & Skills

- Graduate / postgraduate in any relevant discipline preferred.
- Strong Spoken English and Communication Skills.
- Ability to teach Spoken English effectively to students from different backgrounds.
- Good knowledge of Soft Skills and Personality Development.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to conduct practical activities, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Positive, energetic, patient and student-friendly approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Employability Skills Trainer.
- Experience in training youth or students will be an added advantage.
- Experience in conducting interviews, group discussions, presentations, and personality development sessions will be preferred.

Salary – 10000 to 12000

Negotiable based on experience, communication skills, and training expertise.
