Role Purpose
Deliver structured, practical and learner-centred training for the General Duty Assistant – Allied Health & Paramedics trade in line with the approved curriculum and applicable SSC/NSDC requirements, building job-ready competencies through instruction, demonstrations, practical exercises and assessment.
Trade-Specific Training Focus
· Fundamentals of patient care and support within the defined role
· Basic patient-care procedures, hygiene, infection prevention and safety
· Patient communication, dignity, empathy and professional conduct
· Healthcare-setting assistance, mobility/support and routine care covered by the approved curriculum
· Workplace readiness and documentation
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct classroom and practical sessions using demonstrations, role plays and supervised practice.
· Reinforce patient safety, hygiene, infection prevention, dignity and confidentiality.
· Assess learners' ability to perform role-appropriate support tasks safely.
· Maintain attendance and assessment documentation.
· Coordinate with the Project Manager and relevant healthcare/industry stakeholders.
· Support guest lectures, exposure visits, industry interactions and employability activities.
· Follow centre SOPs, safety protocols and professional conduct requirements.
· Participate in trainer orientation/Training of Trainers and review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
· Relevant healthcare/allied-health qualification or certification aligned with the final approved curriculum/SSC requirements.
· Relevant hospital, healthcare support, allied-health or vocational training experience preferred.
· Final trade-specific eligibility should be validated against the approved curriculum and relevant SSC/NSDC or recognised awarding-body requirements before appointment.

Performance Indicators

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
