About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Trainee Team Members & Team Members to join our QSR Hospitality Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, ensuring food quality and hygiene, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily restaurant/QSR operations and service activities.
- Welcome and assist customers with a polite and professional approach.
- Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
- Support food preparation, assembly, packing, and presentation as per SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, kitchen, counters, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and ingredients.
- Support inventory checking, stock handling, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the supervisor/manager when required.




- Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene standards.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and shift schedules.
- Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced QSR setting.

Candidate Profile For Trainee Team Member:

- Fresher with Hotel Management / Hospitality Management qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

For Team Member:

- Hotel Management / Hospitality Management qualification preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant QSR/Hospitality experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
