Shadowing senior staff, participating in site visits, and learning industry-standard tools like CAD software, PLC programming, or cloud platforms. Observing health, safety, and quality standards while contributing to team problem-solving and process improvements.

Pay: ₹18,408.19 - ₹23,085.83 per month
