About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tours & Travels Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in the travel and tourism industry.

The selected candidate will receive training and will assist in handling customer enquiries, tour packages, travel arrangements, bookings, documentation, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to domestic and international tours and travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and travel dates.
- Assist in suggesting suitable tour packages and travel options to customers.
- Assist in preparing tour itineraries, quotations, and package details.
- Coordinate with senior team members regarding hotel, flight, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Assist in making and coordinating travel bookings as required.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, bookings, and required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, bookings, payments, and communications.
- Assist customers with basic travel-related information and queries.
- Coordinate with the ticketing, tour operations, and visa teams whenever required.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Assist in handling customer requests and escalate complex issues to the concerned senior/team leader.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of customer information.




- Stay updated with basic information about popular destinations, tour packages, and travel services.
- Support the team in achieving customer service and business objectives.
- Perform other duties related to tours and travel as assigned by management.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or a related field may also apply.
