Lead, plan and supervise the Tool Room team's daily activities, allocating work across tool build, repair and maintenance jobs.

Design and oversee manufacturing of tooling and fixtures, including press tools, progressive dies and checking fixtures.

Coordinate proto tool development and stage-wise tool trials in line with NPD requirements.

Ensure tools and components meet drawing/specification requirements before release.

Drive preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize tool downtime and maximize tool life.

Work with Quality team to set up inspection processes using checking fixtures and gauges.

Support Sample Inspection Report and Initial Sample Layout Report activities related to tooling.

Coordinate with NPD, Production and Purchase teams for tooling requirements, spares and outsourced tool work.

Maintain tool room records - tool history cards, maintenance logs, spares inventory.

Support organization initiatives such as Kaizen implementation and continuous improvement in the tool room.

Train and mentor tool room technicians on best practices and safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
