Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Job Summary:

An experienced Tool Maker responsible for creating precision tools, dies, and special guides that are used in the manufacturing process. The role involves interpreting blueprints, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and operating various machine tools to produce high-quality components.

:

Tool and Die Making:

- Design, manufacture, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Use CAD software to develop detailed blueprints and 3D models of tools and dies.

Quality Control:

- Inspect completed tools and dies using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Conduct tests and trial runs to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- New Molding

Analytical Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Physical Stamina:



Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or apprenticeship in tool and die making preferred.

Work Environment:

- Typically works in a manufacturing or tool room environment.
- May be exposed to noise, dust, and machine vibrations.
- Required to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
