Tool Maker Machining, Fitting & Tool Development Experience/: 1 to 3 yrs Salary/: Based on interview Performance Focus Skills/: Deep technical expertise in injection mould construction, hot runner systems, side/-core actions, unscrewing mechanisms, and mould cooling layouts. Advanced hands/-on skills in operating manual toolroom machines /(Grinding, Milling, Lathe, EDM wire/sinker/) and using precision measuring instruments /(Micrometers, Vernier Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Toolmaker Microscope/). Ability to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings, GD&T; callouts, mould layout blueprints, and tool steel specifications.

Proficiency in hand benchwork, mirror/-polishing, parting/-line matching, and micro/-welding/laser welding defect repair. Knowledge of plastic injection moulding defects /(flash, short shot, sink marks, warping/) and their direct tooling root causes.
