Architect-level resource, not an L2 support engineer.

Thousand Eyes Implementation Resource

Expected to

Develop and lead an observability strategy.

Provide architectural guidance and leadership.

Improve the overall observability program.

Act as a strategic partner rather than a reactive support resource.

Required Skills

Deep expertise with ThousandEyes.

Experience taking ownership of TAM-style responsibilities.





Robust understanding of observability platforms, methodologies, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

Grafana experience is a significant plus.

Experience designing and maturing observability programs.

Domain Expertise

Network and application observability.

Monitoring strategy and architecture.

Performance visibility and troubleshooting at an enterprise scale.

Location & Coverage Preferences

Must be able to support US business hours, specifically Eastern Time.
