Role Description This is a full time, on-site Textile Quality Control role based in Tiruppur. The role involves monitoring fabric and garment quality throughout the production process, including incoming material inspection, in-line checks, and final product verification against buyer specifications and compliance standards.

The Textile Quality

Control professional will document inspection results, identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and work closely with production, merchandising, and washing lab teams to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality records, supporting audits, ensuring adherence to certifications and brand requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement in processes and standards. The role also requires active participation in maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment aligned with Raaha Garments’ operational and compliance practices.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of textile materials, knit and woven fabric types, and garment construction suitable for infants, kids, and adult apparel.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control procedures, inspection techniques, defect identification, and root-cause analysis across different production stages.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with compliance standards, certifications, and buyer quality requirements in export-oriented apparel manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess abilities in documentation, report preparation, data entry, and use of basic quality-related tools or software.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a disciplined, process-oriented work approach.
- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in textile or garment quality control is an advantage.
- Understanding of sustainable practices, occupational safety norms
