Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Testing Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the highest quality standards for our AI video analytics products. You will be responsible for test strategy, team management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QA team and testing activities

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies

- Establish and maintain QA processes and standards

- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting

- Manage test automation initiatives and frameworks

- Collaborate with development teams on quality requirements

- Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning

- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years in leadership role

- Robust knowledge of testing methodologies, tools,



and best practices

- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)

- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
