Role Summary
Responsible for validation of Ethernet Industrial and networking protocols, automation scripting in Python, and supporting the software test lifecycle for immediate project needs.
What Youll Do
- Validate Ethernet Industrial protocols such as EtherCAT, EthernetIP, Profinet, or networking protocols
- Design, execute, and report on testing activities across all phases of the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Work with continuous integration and deployment tools, including Jenkins
- Use Git for source control
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in validation of Ethernet Industrial protocols (EtherCAT, EthernetIP, Profinet, or networking protocols)
- Proficiency in test automation and Python scripting
- Knowledge of all phases of STLC (Test Plan, Test Case Design, Test Execution, Test Report Generation)
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD
- Familiarity with Git source control
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
