About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales qualified to drive business growth across the West region for a market-leading reflective solutions portfolio catering to road safety, traffic signage, highways, infrastructure, automotive, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, revenue, collections, and profitability targets across assigned territories.
- Develop and expand channel partner, converter, and contractor networks.
- Engage with key government bodies such as NHAI, PWD, Municipal Corporations, Metro Rail, RTOs, and Transport Authorities.
- Work closely with infrastructure contractors, consultants, OEMs, and private sector clients.
- Generate specifications and approvals in road safety and infrastructure projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.





Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12-15 years of B2B Sales & Channel Management experience.
- Strong exposure to Road Safety, Traffic Signage, Highway Infrastructure, Reflective Products, Construction Materials, Road Furniture, or related industries.
- Proven experience in handling Government and Infrastructure accounts.
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, EPC players, and government agencies.
- Expertise in key account management, channel sales, business development, and negotiations.
- Engineering/Science graduate; MBA preferred.
