We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Territory Manager – Sales to join our Premium Business Unit (BU). In this key role, you will take ownership of business growth, dealer network expansion, and customer journey enrichment across your assigned territory.

What you’ll be doing:

- Sales & Performance : Drive monthly/annual sales volume, market share, accessories revenue, and competitive MIS reporting.
- Lead Generation & Marketing : Build a strong sales pipeline, execute BTL/local dealer marketing, and manage lead classifications.
- Network Development : Scout dealer prospects, guide onboarding, monitor site progress, and address non-performers.
- Customer Experience : Roll out CX frameworks, drive PDCA improvements, ensure trained manpower availability, and resolve customer grievances.

What We Are Looking For:

- Qualifications: MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience within premium two-wheeler or automotive brands.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics.
- Core Competencies: Strong financial and business acumen (dealer profitability, financial statements), excellent stakeholder management,



and robust negotiation skills.
