Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The position involves managing end-to-end tender processes, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing requirements, and preparing compliant documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, drafting and reviewing proposals, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

The Tendering

Specialist will maintain accurate records of tenders and procurement activities, track tender outcomes, and support continuous improvement of the tendering process. The role also requires regular interaction with clients, vendors,



and stakeholders to clarify specifications and align proposals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience with bid preparation and submission processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review tender documents, assess risks, and develop competitive bid strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess advanced Proposal Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and persuasive tender responses.
- Relevant experience in aerospace, defense, or related technology domains is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of contract terms, commercial conditions, and government or public sector procurement norms is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree likecBBA or, business with 0-1 year of experience, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple deadlines, and use standard office and documentation tools efficiently.
