Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying suitable opportunities to preparing and submitting bids within deadlines. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of government and private tenders, documentation, commercial requirements, and online tender portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit complete tender documents within prescribed deadlines.
- Handle online tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, Purchase, and Management teams for tender requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, quotations, BOQs, and supporting documents.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, security deposits, and other tender-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate preparation of compliance sheets and required declarations.
- Track tender status,



bid opening, technical evaluation, financial results, and work orders.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate for clarifications, corrigendums, negotiations, and post-tender requirements.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or sales coordination.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
- Excellent documentation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing/electronics/industrial products sector will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
