We are looking for a Tender Executive to handle tender-related activities for our pump manufacturing company. The candidate should have good knowledge of government and private tenders, tender documentation, commercial working, bid preparation and online tender submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government, PSU and private tenders related to pumps, engineering and industrial projects.
- Handle the tender process from tender enquiry to final submission.
- Study tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, commercial terms and tender conditions.
- Prepare Technical & Commercial Bids as per tender requirements.
- Prepare tender working, BOQ, costing, price comparison and commercial calculations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Design/Engineering, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Prepare company profiles, certificates, declarations, EMD, PBG and other required tender documents.
- Handle e-tender portals and online bid submission.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, amendments, clarifications and pre-bid requirements.
- Coordinate for customer/authority queries and required technical or commercial clarifications.
- Maintain records of ongoing, submitted, awarded and rejected tenders.
- Follow up for tender results, LOI/LOA, Purchase Orders and related documentation.
- Assist management with tender analysis, costing and commercial comparison.




- Maintain a database of tender opportunities, previous tender results and pricing information.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete and submitted within the required timeline.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Tendering & Bidding Process.
- Experience with Government/PSU and Private Tenders.
- Experience in e-tender portals and online bid submission.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PDF documentation.
- Understanding of BOQ, costing, commercial terms and tender conditions.
- Good coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Good English communication and email drafting skills are required.
- Ability to read and understand tender documents in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of pumps / engineering products / industrial equipment will be an advantage.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Commerce or any relevant field.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding, E-Tendering or similar work.

Candidates with experience in Pump Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment or Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
