Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Management Specialist to lead our public and private sector procurement initiatives in the instruments industry at our Uppal, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end bidding cycle for online and offline tenders, focusing heavily on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and E-procurement portals. You will act as the key bridge between executive management, instrument manufacturers/issuers, and our technical field teams to coordinate post-award instrument installations, calibration/maintenance visits, and track payment realization.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Bid Management: Identify, evaluate, and submit technical and financial bids for instruments and equipment on GeM and various state/central E-procurement portals.
- Proposal & Tender Preparation: Handle proposal management, write detailed technical specifications for instruments, manage budgeting/pricing sheets, and review compliance contracts.
- GeM Portal Administration: Actively manage the company’s GeM portal profile, upload new technical instrument models, create service/product catalogues, and obtain necessary brand approvals.
- Service & Maintenance Coordination: Organize and track schedules for field engineers performing instrument installations, commissioning, and periodic maintenance or calibration visits according to tender SLAs.




- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between internal management, technical service teams, and external government or corporate tender issuers.
- Follow-up & Financial Tracking: Conduct rigorous post-bid follow-ups, oversee delivery milestones for instruments, and manage end-to-end payment realization and recovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or B.Sc degree. A technical or science background is necessary to understand product specifications and instrumentation parameters.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in tender bidding, specifically within the laboratory, industrial, medical, or scientific instruments sector.
- Portal Expertise: Complete fluency with the GeM portal (including product upload workflows, OEM paneling, and reverse auctions) and corporate e-tendering platforms.
- Operational Coordination: Ability to plan field service operations, specifically coordinating instrument deployment, technical installations, and routine maintenance site visits.
- Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in tender costing, commercial bidding formats, and tracking payment milestones.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
